Home / Nonwoven Patch Material
The substrate is half the patch.
Patch-grade nonwoven developed for oil retention, skin comfort and clean die-cutting — supplied in rolls or sheets to manufacturers running their own lines.
Why it matters
Engineered for the job, not adapted to it.
Generic nonwoven bleeds oil, curls at the die and delaminates in foil. Ours is specified for patch production: fibre density tuned for oil load, surface treated for adhesive anchorage, and calendered for a clean cut edge.
- Consistent oil retentionHolds the dosed load through packing, shipping and shelf life.
- Clean die-cuttingMinimal fraying and edge lift, even on small-radius custom shapes.
- Skin- and clothing-friendlySoft hand feel with colour options for consumer-facing surfaces.
- Adaptable specificationWeight, thickness and treatment adjusted to your product and machine.
